Why the Trial Period Exists
Most adjustment issues, like house-training accidents, shyness, or not eating right away, are normal first-week behavior, not signs of a bad match.

- Tell us specifically what’s happening: behavior, a health issue, a household change
- We’ll talk through whether it’s solvable, or whether the dog needs to come back to us
- A dog you adopted from us should always come back to us, not to a shelter or a stranger online
